- Have 5+ years of experience designing at scale in product, UX, or interaction design.
- Have experience with complex, multi-product ecosystems and cross-functional dependencies.
- Frame work within long-term product strategy while independently owning execution.
- Interpret metrics and make data-informed decisions.
- Lead lean experiments and validate hypotheses quickly.
- Explore a breadth of options and articulate trade-offs clearly.
- Document complex systems and onboard others effectively.
- Incorporate AI-powered tools thoughtfully into research, prototyping, documentation, or design operations.
- Understand how design work contributes to business outcomes and customer financial well-being.
- Manage bandwidth and surface risks early.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of product enhancements in the repayments space across app and web.
- Design repayment journeys, including payment rescheduling, early payoff options, and automated reminders.
- Integrate AI-driven insights into repayment interfaces to surface payment schedule options and personalized financial assistance.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Finance on discovery, experimentation, and execution.
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, validation, prototyping, and design workflows.
- Develop repeatable AI-assisted frameworks for rapid prototyping and experimentation.
- Use AI to identify patterns, extract signals, analyze feedback, and surface post-launch improvement opportunities.
- Document complex user journeys and systems, and onboard others into AI-enabled workflows.
- Participate in roadmapping and planning, incorporating AI-driven efficiencies into delivery models.
- Support designers and writers through skill shares and feedback on AI-assisted craft.
