Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP.
- Have completed at least 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud data conversions in the relevant area.
- Have strong functional understanding of the Oracle Fusion data model for Financials, Procurement, or Projects and OTL.
- Have hands-on FBDI experience, including resolving load errors.
- Have experience reconciling data with finance users.
- Have experience converting from PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS.
- Have good SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- Communicate in clear business English.
- Maintain a disciplined daily overlap with US Eastern hours.
Responsibilities
- Validate and complete source-to-target mappings from PeopleSoft and other sources to Oracle Fusion for the assigned area.
- Define value mappings, defaults, and data-quality rules, and review mappings drafted by Mosaic AI agents.
- Confirm mappings and exception decisions with client finance SMEs.
- Prepare and check FBDI files for each mock conversion cycle.
- Analyze Oracle Fusion load errors and drive fixes in mappings, data, or sequencing.
- Support test loads and full-volume loads during each release window.
- Reconcile converted data to legacy counts and balances against client exit criteria.
- Prepare reconciliation evidence and explain differences to finance users.
- Support business validation and sign-off.
- Provide Mosaic AI agents with functional context and correct gaps in their output.
