Job Details

Experience: 10+ years in Oracle ERP, with at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud data conversions or migrations.
Required Skills: SQL

Have 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP.
Have completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud data conversions or migrations.
Have a strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
Have working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Projects (PPM).
Have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials data structures as a conversion source.
Have deep experience with FBDI and, where relevant, HDL, including load error resolution and mock conversion cycles.
Have financial reconciliation experience, including subledger-to-GL and balance reconciliation with finance users.
Have experience working alongside a systems integrator on a large Oracle Cloud program.
Have strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
Have strong communication skills with finance stakeholders and executives.
Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Own the conversion blueprint across releases, including objects in scope, dependencies, load sequence, and mock cycle plans.
Lead source-to-target mapping from PeopleSoft and other legacy sources to Oracle Fusion, including chart of accounts crosswalks and EDMCS hierarchies.
Define business rules, value mappings, and data quality rules, and review mappings and rules drafted by Mosaic AI agents.
Determine cutover treatment for open items and in-flight transactions, including interim-state and reverse mapping where needed.
Own FBDI and HDL template usage and coordinate load sequencing, environments, and load error resolution with the systems integrator.
Run mock conversion cycles and diagnose Oracle Fusion load failures.
Set reconciliation controls and drive reconciliation to client exit criteria, including 100% reconciliation for Fixed Assets and Projects.
Secure business validation and sign-off for each release.
Lead mapping reviews, exception decisions, and sign-off sessions with finance stakeholders and the systems integrator.
Guide offshore consultants and Forward Deployed Engineers, and quality-check AI-generated mappings, transformations, and load files.
