Requirements
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL.
- Have solid experience with Git and collaborative software development practices.
- Have hands-on experience deploying and maintaining machine learning or generative AI models in production.
- Have experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
- Understand model evaluation, testing, and performance monitoring.
- Have native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Have advanced proficiency in English.
- Be able to assess linguistic quality and cultural nuances across Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications and services.
- Integrate and operationalize machine learning and generative AI models.
- Monitor model performance, quality, and reliability in production.
- Troubleshoot issues related to AI systems and model outputs.
- Improve model performance through testing, evaluation, and optimization.
- Contribute to the development of the AI Validation platform.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and linguistic quality.
- Design validation methodologies and evaluation metrics, and benchmark different AI models and approaches.
- Analyze model failures and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders; translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and document technical solutions and best practices.
