Job Details

Have 1–3 years of leadership experience.
Be able to coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback, and support team member growth.
Bring experience in business analysis and consulting.
Have experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver solutions.
Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and presentation skills across organizational levels.
Bring analytical thinking, sound decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate a willingness to embrace innovation, champion change, and promote continuous improvement.
Preferred: knowledge of financial services, including insurance and bank products, related legislation, and business operations.
Preferred: experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Preferred: knowledge of SDLC, IIBA, BABOK, DMBOK, or ADKAR.
Preferred: strong quantitative, statistical, data analysis, and interpretative skills.

Maintain expertise in assigned business areas, organizational strategies, and insurance industry trends.
Evaluate emerging technologies, systems, and methodologies to improve business outcomes.
Build and lead a team through hiring, coaching, performance management, recognition, and ongoing development.
Drive quality, productivity, process improvements, Agile practices, and organizational change management.
Partner with business and Information Services stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with their needs and strategic objectives.
Oversee project execution, resolve impediments, and ensure expenditures remain within budget and receive appropriate authorization.
