Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in Statistics or Computer Science preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and deep understanding of SAS programming and CDISC standards.
- Familiarity with ADaM and SDTM models.
- Ability to lead and manage programming teams and mentor junior programmers.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including coordinating tasks and resources.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex statistical data and ensure accurate construction and validation of clinical datasets.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work within tight timeframes.
- Demonstrated written communication skills for documenting programming methodologies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate complex datasets and outputs using SAS programming.
- Ensure datasets and outputs comply with CDISC standards, including ADaM and SDTM models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize statistical programming processes.
- Provide technical guidance on statistical methodologies for clinical trial projects and departments.
- Mentor and guide junior programmers.
- Improve programming workflows and departmental standards.
- Lead initiatives to enhance programming tools and techniques.
- Partner with leadership to align programming objectives with organizational goals.
