Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Bring expert experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as React JS/Redux, Vue JS, or Angular JS.
- Have experience with a popular backend language, such as PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, or JavaScript for Node.js.
- Demonstrate confidence working with new technology stacks and adapting to unfamiliar technologies.
- Have advanced experience writing automated tests for web applications.
- Have experience with frontend architecture for enterprise-level websites.
- Have experience with agile development and agile-based testing approaches.
- Bring strong customer focus and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence communicating in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the web development team in collaboration with project managers and UX/UI designers.
- Design and write code and system architectures for scalable, high-volume web applications.
- Work with the CTO to decide on frontend and backend technology stack changes.
- Assist project managers with backlog planning and technical discussions.
- Write automated tests and support the Hypercare Team in maintaining software.
- Conduct code reviews with team members.
- Collaborate on open, standards-based solutions that work with existing technologies and infrastructure.
- Identify and implement process and tool improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to define internal processes and initiatives.
