Job Details

At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
Experience with medium to large web application SaaS.
Experience with B2B software, especially billing, payments, accounting, FinTech, or revenue management.
A background in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
Working knowledge of general ledger, double-entry bookkeeping, accounts receivable, revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), and month-end close.
Experience defining and validating financial and regulatory reports, such as A/R aging, revenue, tax, and reconciliation reports.
Comfort working directly with data using SQL or similar.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor in research, analysis, scoping, prototyping, and problem-solving.
Ability to reason about complex business logic, including rating, charging, invoicing, proration, credits, and adjustments.
Familiarity with flexible agile team processes.
CPA designation or equivalent (CA, CMA, CGA, or ACCA) is a nice-to-have.

Define product strategy for the Billing module with the squad, stakeholders, and leadership.
Research and prioritize work using customer feedback, operational data, and business goals.
Use data analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to build expertise in telecom billing and revenue management.
Own and maintain the product backlog and develop the billing roadmap.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation to translate billing pain points into product improvements.
Communicate technical implications and trade-offs of billing architecture decisions to stakeholders.
Design solutions for billing edge cases, payment workflows, and tax compliance requirements.
Reduce manual effort and billing errors and accelerate customer time-to-value.
