Job Details

Have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Have personal ownership of production applications from architecture through deployment.
Have strong TypeScript/JavaScript, React or Next.js, backend development with Node.js, and practical Python experience.
Have experience designing SQL/PostgreSQL databases, APIs, authentication, multi-tenant access controls, and background jobs.
Have delivered AI agents and third-party integrations, including secure credentials, rate limits, synchronization, and production error handling.
Have hands-on cloud deployment experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Have experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and incident resolution.
Be able to translate business needs into technical plans, estimate work, communicate tradeoffs, lead implementation, and ship independently.
Have production integration experience with accounting, payment, billing, expense-management, or ERP applications.
Understand accounts payable/receivable, invoices, credits, payments, reconciliation, sensitive financial data, and financial access controls.
Have a stable, high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup for power or service interruptions.
Provide a computer meeting the stated hardware and operating-system requirements, a noise-cancelling headset or earphones, a webcam, and a quiet designated workspace.

Build web applications, customer portals, and dashboards with responsive interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, authentication, and role-based access.
Develop AI agents using tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, workflow orchestration, evaluation, and human approval steps.
Own implementation through testing, deployment, monitoring, production troubleshooting, documentation, and user adoption.
Design reusable integrations using OAuth, webhooks, queues, retries, duplicate prevention, and failure recovery.
Manage cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD, secrets, logging, backups, performance, and operating costs; review code and guide other developers.
Build finance applications for invoicing, payments, cash flow, collections, expenses, reconciliation, and exception review.
Integrate accounting, billing, payment, and ERP platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Stripe, Bill.com, or Ramp.
Build AI-assisted extraction and validation for invoices, receipts, and statements, and synchronize financial records and payment statuses.
Implement reconciliation, audit trails, and approval workflows for payments, refunds, and accounting entries, using explicit rules for calculations and financial writes.
