Requirements
- Have strong experience with TypeScript, or with object-oriented languages such as Java or C# and JavaScript/Node.
- Have strong experience with observability tools, including metrics, structured logging, and distributed tracing.
- Write code that is readable, testable, and maintainable.
Responsibilities
- Code, architect, and own moderate to complex backend components.
- Deliver small- and medium-sized projects end to end.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and design support.
- Build scalable backend systems to support a growing user base.
- Use AI and advanced technologies to help customers manage and derive insights from their data.
- Improve the customer onboarding experience.
- Enable users to set up, manage, and scale their accounts through a seamless and compliant process.
- Enhance messaging and calling features, customer data management, and visibility of conversations and contacts.
