Job Details

Languages: French and English fluency are mandatory.
Experience: Preference for individuals who have a minimum 2 years of experience supporting pharma/biotech call centers and/or experience in a medical or commercial setting

Speak English and French fluently.
Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 15 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download.
Have a private, quiet office space free of interruptions for professional calls.
Have basic computer and hardware proficiency to set up a remote workstation.
Be able to use Windows through the current version.
Be able to use Microsoft Office tools.
Be able to handle calls, chats, and emails.
Be able to sit for long periods of time.
Pharma/biotech call-center experience, or experience in a medical or commercial setting, is preferred; the posting specifies a preference for a minimum of 2 years.
Experience with pharmaceutical products in a pharma/biotech call center is preferred.
Salesforce and Vonage experience is preferred.

Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails from patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.
Answer general inquiries from consumers and healthcare providers.
Navigate sites and assist consumers and healthcare providers with site navigation.
Work with site content to provide prompt, complete, and professional customer service.
Assist with temperature excursion inquiries and updates.
Identify and report potential adverse events and product quality complaints.
Document case notes in the customer relationship management system.
Triage medical information inquiries to the appropriate department.
