Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience writing production code in TypeScript, Python, or a similar modern stack, or have a track record shipping real systems as a founder.
- Become productive quickly in unfamiliar codebases.
- Have experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data models, and synchronizing records across systems.
- Be able to run customer discovery with HR leaders and debug integrations with customer IT teams.
- Use AI tools to write code, generate configuration, analyze requirements, and prototype.
- Apply product judgment to clarify customer needs and determine an appropriate build or response.
- Deliver precise work suitable for compliance workflows.
- Experience with staffing, ATS or HRIS software, payroll, or employment compliance is a strong signal but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Work with customer HR, operations, legal, and IT teams to map hiring workflows across systems, states, and worker types.
- Implement customer requirements on Onboarded primitives, including forms, policies, entities, automations, and integrations.
- Integrate Onboarded with ATS, HRIS, payroll, and screening vendors through REST APIs, webhooks, and MCP surfaces.
- Own integration data models, authentication, and record synchronization across systems.
- Take workflows from discovery through go-live, monitor them, fix issues, and explain how they work when audited.
- Generalize customer workflows into reusable packages and tooling, including AI agents that write configuration.
- Write specifications for platform gaps, prioritize them, and test shipped changes.
