Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in CRM and enterprise platform implementations or CRM managed services.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously or coordinating projects with several workstreams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing diverse internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience organizing and facilitating project kickoffs, discovery workshops, stakeholder meetings, and formal SOW gap reviews.
- Ability to oversee small cross-functional teams, monitor resource capacity, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, scope alignment, milestone tracking, and delivery governance.
- Familiarity with JIRA or comparable project management platforms and maintaining clear project documentation.
- Flexibility to work hours aligned with the NAMER region, with priority given to Eastern Time (EST).
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Salesforce Administrator are advantageous.
- Vendor management and third-party partner integration experience are advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools, including complex JIRA workflows and reporting, is advantageous.
- Experience working with geographically distributed client teams is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact after pre-sales handoff, lead engagements, facilitate meetings, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Lead multiple small- to medium-sized projects or manage a higher-complexity project on a fully allocated basis.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones and allocated hours, and oversee budgets and delivery progress.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate architects, developers, consultants, data analysts, and lifecycle strategists to align delivery with project objectives and standards.
- Identify gaps between discovery requirements and signed SOWs and propose resolutions, including Change Requests when needed.
- Manage execution across the Onboard, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver phases and ensure milestone exit criteria are met.
- Maintain project documentation and governance tools, including RAID logs, Decision Trackers, JIRA boards, and shared repositories.
