Requirements
- Have 6+ years of product management experience.
- Show a track record of shipping measurable results.
- Have experience running A/B tests or other experiments from hypothesis to decision.
- Be able to pull relevant data independently and interpret it.
- Bring practical AI fluency and be able to describe where AI helped and where you chose not to rely on it.
- Have strong written and async communication skills.
- Be comfortable working with teammates in other time zones.
- Adapt to ambiguity and demonstrate a growth mindset focused on learning and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the squad's Key Results from problem framing through launch and readout.
- Set clear assessment criteria before building and ship frequently.
- Talk with customers and review their feedback to guide priorities.
- Write hypotheses and partner with engineering and design to run experiments.
- Interpret experiment results and determine whether releases move goals or affect other key areas.
- Use AI for data analysis, UX design iteration, prototyping, and code where appropriate, applying judgment to its output.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and support across time zones.
- Communicate clearly in writing and keep decisions visible.
