Requirements

- Ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences through written and verbal communication.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work independently with cross-functional experts.
- Product owner, engineering founder, or product specialist background is valued.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement a Talent Operations Department Agent for end-to-end expert operations.
- Integrate large language models and full-stack solutions to automate core operational processes.
- Collaborate with Operations Engineering specialists to define requirements, map user journeys, and develop automation workflows.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement third-party integrations.
- Refine automated systems based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs.
- Document solutions and provide written and verbal updates to stakeholders.
- Own delivery and evolution of the Department Agent, addressing edge cases where human judgment is essential.
