Requirements
- Experience in enterprise, commercial strategy, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen, including assessing demand, developing pricing models, managing delivery costs and building profitable service offerings.
- Experience building, developing or scaling programmes, services or business operations.
- Comfort moving between partner pipeline reviews, commercial modelling, client scoping and resourcing decisions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, turn opportunities into actionable plans and make progress without all details established upfront.
- Experience with global technology companies or enterprise implementation partners across APAC is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify implementation, onboarding, training and support opportunities from the technology partner’s enterprise sales pipeline.
- Assess customer demand and develop a qualification process for implementation services.
- Develop the commercial model, including service packages, scopes of work, pricing, delivery costs and target margins.
- Create sales and scoping tools such as rate cards, proposal templates, pricing calculators and pipeline trackers.
- Establish an end-to-end implementation approach covering onboarding, platform setup, training, quality assurance and handover.
- Develop workflows, templates and delivery guidelines for consistent, scalable implementation.
- Lead customer scoping conversations and translate requirements into implementation plans, scopes and milestones.
- Coordinate specialists and oversee early implementation projects, timelines, scope and quality.
- Track referrals, projects won, revenue, margins and customer feedback against commercial assumptions.
- Recommend the next phase of programme growth at the end of the initial six-month engagement.
