Requirements
- Have solid experience with Golang.
- Have solid experience with TypeScript.
- Have experience with Kubernetes.
- Have experience with microservices.
- Write clean, robust, performant software that is maintainable by others.
- Have experience participating in an on-call rotation.
- Have experience performing operations/SRE tasks.
- Bonus: Have used Grafana and Grafana Data Sources.
- Bonus: Have expertise in one of the underlying databases supported by the team.
- Bonus: Have strong experience working with a Product Manager or external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build or improve Grafana plugins that integrate third-party services or databases into Grafana.
- Support the operations and reliability of plugins in Grafana Cloud.
- Suggest process improvements.
- Integrate data sources with agentic workflows such as Grafana Assistant.
- Provide technical support in customer escalations.
- Work closely with the rest of the Grafana Division.
