Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in project and/or program management or equivalent leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience managing and successfully delivering multiple projects and/or programs of varying size and complexity.
- Experience managing projects within a client/vendor structure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for communicating project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to emerging circumstances or issues.
- Ability to focus on problem resolution and motivate project teams to do the same.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Operational Readiness Demonstrations with clients to showcase business results.
- Maintain Operational Readiness Assessments across vendors and internal teams during migrations from legacy systems to new implementations.
- Follow defined project management policies and procedures while leading teams toward project and program objectives.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Develop and maintain ORR schedules, Operational Readiness Plans, demonstration plans, reports, and checklists.
- Organize and motivate project team members to understand and meet ORR deadlines, scope, assignments, and objectives.
- Report project progress to workstream leadership and identify, communicate, and monitor risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
