- Be able to design and implement methodologies and processes at scale.
- Bring stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Show adaptability and resilience when leading a team through change and ambiguity.
- A technical background is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a growing team of Implementation Consultants as their primary coach and people manager.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, provide ongoing feedback, and own team members’ career planning and development.
- Manage performance and ensure balanced workload distribution across the team.
- Track and report implementation metrics to monitor team effectiveness.
- Oversee adherence to implementation methodology, project management standards, and customer engagement practices.
- Improve implementation processes to support efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic input to leadership on scaling the Professional Services function.
- Own onboarding and training for new team members.
- Act as an escalation point for implementation challenges and blockers.
- Maintain implementation playbooks and promote team collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
