Have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or BI.
Bring advanced Excel, Python, and SQL skills for querying, cleaning, and analyzing data.
Be proficient in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and visual storytelling.
Demonstrate success building executive or operational dashboards.
Have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Bring familiarity with performance metrics, operational reporting, and data validation practices.
Power BI, Tableau, or SQL certifications are preferred.
Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot reporting is a plus.

Analyze business processes and KPIs to identify performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Power BI or Tableau.
Work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver business-ready outputs.
Transform data into reports, narratives, and visualizations for stakeholders at all levels.
Support leadership decisions using data trends, historical context, and leading indicators.
Perform root cause analysis to explain unexpected performance changes.
Automate recurring reporting workflows using SQL, Python, data transformations, and BI tools.
Validate report data through testing, reconciliation, and documentation.
Collaborate with data engineers to troubleshoot issues and refine data pipelines.
