Requirements
- Care deeply about writing craft, read widely, and have opinions about sentences.
- Bring a builder's instinct and the ability to make technical ideas tangible.
- Have deep technical knowledge of AI/ML or networking and infrastructure, or serious curiosity about the area you know less well.
- Show taste and range through a body of work such as writing, tools, talks, side projects, or interactive projects.
- Have experience working directly with product and engineering and turning product insights into developer-facing content.
- Have experience as a full-stack or backend developer, or in infrastructure or AI.
- Have built something with AI agents and LLMs and understand where the tools help and where they do not.
- Provide a portfolio of work.
Responsibilities
- Produce brand-defining technical work about ngrok in formats such as deep dives, interactive web experiences, videos, CLI demos, or open-source projects.
- Choose the medium that best helps developers understand each technical idea.
- Work with the content team to create work that defines ngrok's technical brand.
- Give constructive critique on colleagues' work and incorporate feedback on your own.
- Study technical conversations and bring relevant patterns back to the team.
- Create educational work that builds ngrok's authority in networking, infrastructure, and AI.
