Requirements
- Hold or be working towards a financial qualification, or have relevant workplace experience.
- Be an engaging presenter across a range of topics.
- Enjoy helping people achieve their financial goals.
- Be interested in building a modern approach to financial guidance.
- Be resilient and able to remain engaging across multiple sessions in a day.
- Be tech-savvy and interested in using AI to help build the AI coach.
- Knowledge of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and shared-cost AVCs is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Deliver online one-to-one sessions covering topics such as debt and pensions.
- Lead on-site pension workshops, including sessions preparing employees for retirement.
- Present webinars and other financial education for members.
- Work with the content team to script and film short-form content.
- Contribute subject-matter expertise and ideas in regular content brainstorms.
- Help develop a modern coaching function and actionable, contextual financial guidance.
- Travel to on-site education sessions, including London.
