Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of experience writing and developing SEO content.
- Be fluent with SEO tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- Have exceptional English language abilities.
- Work during Pacific Time business hours, Monday through Friday.
- Provide your own computer.
- Have reliable access to high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and support a team of qualified SEO writers and specialists on large-scale projects.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on freelancer work to ensure projects meet quality thresholds.
- Design workflows for SEO analysis, competitive and keyword research, content optimization, and new content creation.
- Analyze content for SEO optimization and apply SEO best practices to new initiatives.
- Stay updated on search trends and competitor SEO practices.
- Use AI and other technology to improve the efficiency and quality of SEO projects.
- Provide ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers.
- Monitor project productivity, address issues, and work to improve productivity and quality.
- Communicate production rates, obstacles, and resource requests to the team lead.
