Job Details

Have 6+ years of hands-on project or program management experience.
Have managed multi-site implementations from kickoff through go-live and handoff.
Have designed processes from scratch and built team adoption.
Have led change management and enablement, including training, documentation, and rollout of new ways of working.
Have experience selecting and rolling out delivery tooling, such as a PSA platform.
Demonstrate strong executive reporting and stakeholder communication.
Be able to lead cross-functional work without formal authority.
Have experience in a startup or scale-up, building structure through ambiguity and rapid growth.
Preferred: experience in healthcare technology, hardware, or field-deployed software.
Preferred: experience building or leading a PMO.
Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, and modern collaboration tools.

Own deployment plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and status from signature through go-live.
Run deployments hands-on and step in personally when a site is at risk.
Design and own the end-to-end implementation process and handoff criteria across teams.
Build a source of truth for site status and the reporting used by leadership.
Select and roll out tooling connected to the CRM to replace spreadsheets.
Build a capacity model to plan concurrent deployments and hiring.
Create documentation, training, and playbooks, and lead change across teams.
Hire, onboard, and lead project managers as deployment volume grows.
Prepare operations for US expansion, including new states and additional install partners.
Improve processes, tooling, and data quality across Customer Experience.
