Requirements
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Canva, including creating and editing professional graphic assets and reusable templates.
- Have experience in graphic design, branding, and social media marketing materials.
- Apply visual design skills in layout, typography, color selection, and brand consistency.
- Refresh existing designs while preserving and strengthening an established brand identity.
- Be familiar with design specifications and formats for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Have experience organizing, managing, and sharing digital design files and creative assets.
- Bring attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Work independently, manage project deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Respond flexibly to feedback and handle design revisions.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Have a good command of English; a near-native level is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create promotional materials for retreats, including social media banners, flyers, posters, and event graphics.
- Refresh website visuals, images, and VIP page assets.
- Design and update banners for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook while maintaining consistent branding.
- Refresh existing logos and branding materials using Canva.
- Improve Instagram and Facebook graphic templates for ongoing social media use.
- Redesign existing lead magnets, including covers, layouts, and other visual elements.
- Review and improve the existing Canva template collection and develop reusable design assets.
- Ensure creative materials follow established brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets for access, sharing, and reuse.
- Collaborate with the client and existing virtual assistant, incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and deliver materials within project deadlines.
