Requirements
- Have a relevant academic background in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related clinical or healthcare field.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, is desirable; the exact qualification requirement is to be confirmed.
- Demonstrate strong comprehension and analytical thinking skills.
- Be able to understand, interpret, and learn complex clinical information.
- Show exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have strong written communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and maintain focus.
- Use sound judgement and recognise when guidance or clarification is needed.
- Previous experience reviewing clinical or healthcare documentation is advantageous.
- Experience in healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) is advantageous.
- Exposure to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a similar clinical environment is advantageous.
- Experience identifying documentation gaps, inconsistencies, or quality concerns is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret clinical information and documentation accurately.
- Assess documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and areas requiring further attention.
- Apply established guidelines and processes when reviewing clinical documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure work meets the required standard.
- Manage assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines and productivity expectations.
- Communicate clearly when clarification or additional guidance is needed.
- Learn and apply new clinical information, processes, and procedures.
