Job Details

Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or 3-5 years of technical sales experience.
Have experience with home automation and control, networking, entertainment, lighting, and HVAC control solutions.
Have firsthand experience with Savant products.
Have experience from both the dealer and manufacturer sides of the industry.
Agree to a minimum of 50% travel.
Live within the PNW sales region (NorCal, OR, WA).
Have programming experience and proficiency with Keynote, iPad/iPhone applications, and webinar platforms.
Have strong written and verbal communication and listening skills.
Be able to analyze and adapt to changing business priorities.
Have financial and budgetary skills.

Define and execute territory action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and installation quotas.
Work with integrators on annual sales targets, business goals, and quarterly project and product forecasting.
Provide in-region overviews and training for new products.
Target and recruit qualified customers, qualify sales leads, and refer leads to the integrator base.
Visit key specifiers and provide system design training.
Promote product categories and scalable solutions to increase adoption and market share.
Support authorized integrators with system design, upgrades, service revenue, and local education and specification events.
Coordinate with Technical Support and Customer Service on regional service, design activities, and technical escalations.
Participate in alpha/beta testing and submit bugs found during testing or customer support calls.
Represent Savant at trade and industry events and promote the brand locally.
