Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in project planning, execution, and management.
- Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
- At least 8 years of experience with industry-standard SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Waterfall/Agile approaches.
- Experience managing Oracle on-premises and/or Oracle Cloud implementations.
- At least 3 full-lifecycle implementations in the role of project manager.
- Functional knowledge of one or more Oracle CX modules, such as Sales, Service, or Fusion.
- Strong skills in identifying and managing risks and issues and coordinating mitigating actions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects with a focus on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage client satisfaction throughout project delivery.
- Manage projects implementing Oracle on-premises and/or Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Lead cross-functional implementation teams using functional knowledge of Oracle CX modules.
- Identify project risks and issues and manage mitigating actions.
