Requirements
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, conditional logic, and complex calculation models.
- Work confidently with large datasets containing numerical metrics and descriptive information.
- Show personal accountability and deliver accurate work within agreed deadlines.
- Identify process improvements, ask clarifying questions, and move tasks forward independently.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies and develop practical solutions.
- Communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally and collaborate with different teams.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt to new tools and processes and show enthusiasm for technology.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Project management certification or current enrollment in a relevant certification program is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Zoho Analytics is helpful.
- Scheduled working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Process AI-generated outputs using advanced Excel functions to create accurate, customer-ready insights.
- Analyze, organize, and reconcile large datasets with quantitative metrics and qualitative store execution information.
- Calculate and validate return-on-investment figures using business logic.
- Support customer onboarding by completing data feed, reporting, and operational tasks accurately and on time.
- Coordinate project components, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines across customer engagements.
- Manage assigned project activities from initiation through completion.
- Check datasets, calculations, and reports for accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Investigate workflow issues and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with Data Operations, Engineering, and Project Managers to resolve data issues and keep projects progressing.
- Prepare presentations communicating analytical findings, project performance, and actionable insights.
