Requirements
- Have 6–8 years of relevant experience in Power BI, functional consulting, business intelligence, or analytics; the posting also lists a minimum experience of 4+ years.
- Bring strong hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports.
- Have advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling and DAX.
- Have experience using SQL and Python to work with datasets.
- Understand FMCG or retail analytics, commercial reporting, or business performance measurement.
- Translate business needs into effective analytical solutions.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Circana or other syndicated data-source experience is an advantage.
- Power Apps experience, business analysis, and understanding of commercial KPIs are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business and commercial decision-making.
- Build data models, write DAX measures, and optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
- Extract, transform, and analyze datasets using SQL and Python.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, analytical solutions, and actionable insights.
- Work with sales, marketing, category management, and commercial stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Track and analyze commercial KPIs, sales performance, market trends, and business metrics in FMCG and retail.
- Use syndicated data sources such as Circana for market analysis and performance measurement.
- Identify improvements to reporting processes, data accuracy, and analytical efficiency.
- Use Power Apps where applicable to support business workflows and reporting requirements.
