Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience.
- Have strong hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Demonstrate expertise in DAX and data modelling.
- Have experience optimising Power BI performance.
- Have working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Have familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Have working knowledge of Power Apps and its application in business processes.
- Be able to translate business requirements into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- Have experience in FMCG or retail, preferred.
- Be familiar with commercial KPIs, business performance metrics, or syndicated data, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.
- Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- Develop efficient data models and write and optimise DAX measures, calculated columns, and expressions.
- Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyse data from relational databases.
- Analyse business datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use Python where required for data analysis, automation, and data preparation.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define analytical requirements.
- Present findings and translate analytical results into practical business recommendations.
- Leverage Power Apps and identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline operations.
- Maintain documentation and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across BI solutions.
