Job Details

Have 2–3+ years of proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager and paid social advertising strategies.
Be able to launch, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns.
Understand campaign tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
Have experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign profitability.
Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Have experience with creative testing and identifying high-converting ad content.
Have strong written and spoken English.
Be able to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote environment.
Experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency is a plus.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns.
Develop and execute paid social strategies focused on conversions, customer acquisition, and ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
Identify winning ad creatives and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing video content.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
Manage advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns efficiently.
Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
Stay up to date with TikTok advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
