Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
- Have front-end development experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, and HTML/CSS.
- Have back-end development experience with Node.js and Python.
- Hold a BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have successfully developed and deployed large-scale full-stack applications.
- Be proficient in building front-end interfaces and back-end systems.
- Be able to deliver minimum viable products quickly.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable software solutions across product areas or multi-component systems.
- Write and review code and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and create solutions.
- Develop and execute roadmaps balancing technical quality, business impact, and user experience.
- Contribute through mentorship, interviewing, and participation in new initiatives.
- Occasionally handle on-call work to address bugs, outages, or other operational issues.
