Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience managing complex IT programs and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise IT, cloud computing, digital transformation, data analytics, or technology modernization initiatives.
- Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with one or more listed technologies and platforms is highly desirable, including AWS GovCloud, cloud operations, data lakes and warehouses, Tableau, Databricks, Informatica, SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle databases, ERP systems, IAM, API integration platforms, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, project briefings, and project documentation.
- Candidates within driving distance of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania are preferred for occasional in-person meetings and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for enterprise IT initiatives.
- Manage schedules, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate engineering, cybersecurity, cloud operations, data management, analytics, and application support teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning, technology roadmaps, modernization, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customer leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, project reviews, executive briefings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Oversee support and sustainment for cloud-hosted enterprise platforms and data environments.
- Establish project governance, quality assurance, and reporting processes; monitor performance metrics and contractual deliverables.
- Oversee onboarding, knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness activities.
- Support transition planning, continuity of operations, and long-term sustainment strategies.
