Requirements
- Have 9+ years of industry experience and/or relevant academic experience.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of engineering and infrastructure best practices.
- Have strong coding skills in Python, Java, or equivalent.
- Have strong experience and knowledge of distributed systems.
- Industry experience building end-to-end machine learning platforms is a plus.
- Experience developing and productionizing machine learning models is a plus.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Spark, Docker, and Airflow is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable GenAI infrastructure for teams using foundational language and vision models.
- Expand the ML platform to improve productivity for ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Create scalable human and AI labeling infrastructure and data foundations for product features.
- Use open-source technologies including Ray, MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Airflow, Spark, Docker, Kubernetes, and JupyterHub.
- Work with Customer Support, Search Relevance, and Trust & Safety teams to deliver product improvements.
