Job Details

Have 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
Bring experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, technical, or production environments.
Demonstrate success in new business development and account growth.
Have prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Have experience managing a sales territory and pipeline.
Be able to engage with technical and commercial decision-makers.
Have CRM experience.
Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel regularly.
Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is sought.
Experience selling adhesives, tapes, converting solutions, industrial products, packaging, automation, MRO, engineered products, capital equipment, industrial distribution, or other manufacturing solutions is sought.

Prospect and acquire new manufacturing and industrial customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Build long-term customer relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Develop account plans to increase share of wallet and customer retention.
Manage the sales cycle from discovery to implementation, coordinating product trials, quotations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with technical, customer service, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales updates.
Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customers and generate new business.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, networking events, and other industry activities.
