Requirements

  • Bring 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Have at least 3 years owning a self-serve or PLG funnel end to end at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Have hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a point of view on the AI agent ecosystem.
  • Show experiments that measurably moved revenue or conversion and be able to explain the numbers.
  • Understand how free accounts convert to paid accounts and how self-serve usage feeds an enterprise sales motion.
  • Write SQL and have used experimentation and feature-flagging platforms such as PostHog, Statsig, LaunchDarkly, or Amplitude.
  • Understand event tracking, cohorts, attribution, and how A/B tests can mislead.
  • Bring strong developer-experience instincts, including opinions on CLIs, error messages, defaults, and documentation.
  • Have enough technical depth to work closely with engineers on instrumentation and architecture.
  • Have experience leading a growth team or building an experimentation practice from scratch.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and asynchronously, sharing both positive and negative results.

Responsibilities

  • Own self-serve revenue metrics, including visit-to-signup, signup-to-activation, free-to-paid, and trial conversion rates.
  • Partner with Marketing on the website, pricing page, and demo forms, using data to understand which visitors become active, paying users.
  • Identify actions that predict paying accounts, measure time-to-value, and shorten the path to a first synced secret and running integration.
  • Own upgrade paths, paywalls, trials, plan limits, and checkout, partnering with Leadership and Finance on pricing and packaging changes.
  • Build the experimentation practice, including its roadmap, tools, success criteria, and workflows.
  • Partner with growth marketing on onboarding emails and campaigns, and help product teams drive adoption of new products.
  • Define product usage signals for sales-ready self-serve accounts and work with Sales and RevOps to route them to the right representatives.
  • Help build the growth team by hiring engineers, partnering with Design, and shaping team practices and knowledge-sharing.
  • Build a growth model, set funnel strategy, and present progress and lessons to leadership and investors.
