Requirements
- Experience in production, project management, creative operations, branded content, digital media, or a related field.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across creative and client-facing teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solve problems proactively and know when to escalate.
- Familiarity with video production, design workflows, and custom digital content experiences is a plus.
- Experience with Airtable or similar workflow and project-management systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned video and custom web destination programs from kickoff through delivery.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and handoffs across creative teams, external partners, and client-facing teams.
- Serve as the primary Production point of contact for Client Success on assigned programs.
- Provide guidance on production requirements, timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Track milestones, approvals, and dependencies, and coordinate QA and final delivery checks.
- Surface timeline, scope, and execution risks early and work with the Director of Production and stakeholders to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status updates across production workflows.
- Improve Airtable workflows, dashboards, reporting, templates, checklists, and production processes.
