- Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting for the European market, mostly for the French market.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with CBT hiring managers to identify ongoing needs.
- Post vacancies on diverse international platforms.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
- Screen candidates against the required profile.
- Plan and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until they are hired by the client.
