- Be technologically savvy and able to learn new software rapidly.
- Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred (1–2 years).
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary during the March–September peak season.
- Work an average of 15–25 hours per week, with up to 40 hours per week during March–May.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound leads from lead form submissions and inbound calls.
- Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
- Provide service estimates by call, SMS, and email.
- Guide customers through the online portal order flow to book their moves.
- Promote additional services and service upgrades.
- Generate referrals.
