Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of experience across VC/PE, Investment Banking, Strategy, Corporate Development, and/or Project Management.
- Demonstrate exceptional modeling skills and comfort building complex, multi-variable models from scratch.
- Communicate effectively with external partners and cross-functional teams, including in executive-level conversations.
- Translate complex product and commercial concepts clearly.
- Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action.
- Flex between company-level strategic thinking and deep, focused analytical problem solving.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
- Have experience taking an AI-native approach to maximizing capacity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Partnerships Leadership to execute high-priority, time-sensitive initiatives.
- Assess the viability of new verticals and project-manage requirements to achieve product-market fit.
- Build fluency in new vertical partner needs, competitive dynamics, and channel-specific product and operational requirements.
- Lead digital partner relationships, including launch execution, performance management, and expansion strategy.
- Determine compensation structures for new product launches in coordination with Finance, Product, and Insurance stakeholders.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses supporting the Partnerships business unit, including advanced financial modeling.
