Demonstrate strong localization judgment across messaging, creative, and user experience.
Have native-level Japanese and professional English, including the ability to write local copy and collaborate with a global team.
Bring creative and analytical ability to assess creative work and use performance data to guide testing.
Be able to prioritize, manage partners, and move projects forward across teams and time zones.
Have an active interest in AI creativity and willingness to use the product.

Set regional priorities, goals, channel plans, and budgets, using local insights and performance data to guide investment.
Execute campaigns across social, content, paid acquisition, and relevant local channels.
