Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products.
- Have served as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring other engineers.
- Be comfortable working across the full stack.
- Be up to date with trends in LLM coding agents.
- Have experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile frameworks.
- Have built products in healthcare, wellness, or other high-trust consumer domains.
- Have worked on engagement, retention, or onboarding flows.
- Have prior experience with AI/ML or building agent-based systems.
- Relevant technologies in the stated stack include Expo, React Native, React, TypeScript, Kotlin, and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for mobile development strategy and patient-facing apps.
- Prototype and ship features in patient mobile and web apps with product and design, using AI tools to test ideas.
- Help shape how the company supports and retains patients during their first month.
- Talk directly to patients and partner with product, design, and clinical teams to turn needs into features.
- Mentor and grow junior engineers.
- Set technical standards, architecture patterns, and development practices for patient-facing products.
