Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining production software systems.
- Be proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
- Have experience developing applications with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Have a strong foundation in computer science, typically through a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Bring experience with AI/ML, natural language processing, or agent-based systems; this is highly preferred.
- Have experience in an early-stage, fast-paced, product-oriented environment.
- Be comfortable owning outcomes and navigating ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex features and design and scale systems for personalized clinical care.
- Collaborate on designing and implementing systems that enable personalized, data-driven care.
- Architect and build AI-powered agents and workflows to enhance clinician efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Enhance mobile and web platforms for a reliable experience for parents and families.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and clinical staff to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions.
