Languages: Native or near-native proficiency in Traditional Chinese (Taiwan); advanced or native-level proficiency in Japanese; good working proficiency in English.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional subtitling translation experience.

Have native or near-native proficiency in Traditional Chinese (Taiwan).
Have advanced or native-level proficiency in Japanese, including strong comprehension of spoken Japanese.
Have good working proficiency in English to understand written instructions, communicate professionally by email, and use English-language tools and platforms.
Have a minimum of 2 years of professional subtitling translation experience.
Have a strong understanding of Japanese and Taiwanese cultural nuances, idioms, and expressions.
Have excellent Traditional Chinese writing skills, including grammar, punctuation, vocabulary, and natural subtitle phrasing.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
Be able to follow client-specific technical specifications and style guides.
Be able to meet tight deadlines and accommodate flexible working hours when required.
