Have at least 5 years of experience developing commercial Android applications.
Hold a BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science.
Have advanced knowledge of Java and Kotlin.
Have experience with Android tools, frameworks, and libraries.
Have experience with clean architecture, including MVI, MVVM, or MVP.
Be familiar with Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Jetpack Compose, Android architecture components, and Retrofit.
Have experience with unit, integration, and instrumentation testing.
Be familiar with RESTful APIs, Google design principles and interface guidelines, Firebase APIs, and push notifications.
Have experience with performance and memory tuning tools and asynchronous, multi-threaded application concepts.
Be familiar with CI/CD tools and proficient with Git.
Have a practical understanding of SOLID principles.
Be fluent in English and able to work 100% remotely at a fast pace.

Design, develop, and deploy features for Housecall Pro’s core Android applications.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Work with product management to refine concepts and features.
Build and execute high-velocity A/B tests to increase business metrics.
Stay current with Growth and Personalization tools.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Develop and maintain code quality standards across the team.
Introduce architectural improvements and refactor the codebase.
Write automated tests at the appropriate architectural level.
Use AI technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation.
