Requirements
- Have 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
- Provide a strong portfolio and case studies demonstrating product design based on business goals and real user needs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of design processes and the ability to create UI designs with accompanying style guides.
- Have experience with prototyping and/or creating micro-interactions, with strong attention to detail.
- Have experience working in a client-facing environment and managing expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
- Be able to use AI for prototyping and research synthesis while owning UX quality and usability decisions.
- Have exceptional written and spoken English at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs, user flows, and sustainable design systems and style guides based on business goals.
- Develop prototypes and micro-interactions to test and validate product ideas.
- Direct AI tools with a clear design vision to accelerate research and prototyping while ensuring human intention drives UX quality.
- Work directly with clients to manage product expectations, timelines, and design deliverables.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical viability and avoid over-engineering.
- Mentor and support team members while fostering open feedback.
