Requirements
- Have experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups.
- Bring strong project management and organizational skills.
- Be comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
- Be able to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving forward.
- Have a proactive, hands-on mindset and an interest in AI-driven products.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Nice to have: an engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience.
- Nice to have: experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment.
- Nice to have: experience supporting production software launches and ongoing operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead delivery of Wonderful’s platform and AI agents for enterprise customers.
- Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings.
- Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward production launches.
- Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
- Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up improvements.
- Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and impact.
