Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in QA automation or related roles.
- Be proficient in TypeScript and Playwright for test automation, or similar technologies.
- Have experience manually testing web applications and ensuring data correctness.
- Be familiar with CI/CD automation tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Have a strong understanding of relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Have experience with ETL technologies and data pipelines.
- Be able to develop APIs and integrate with third-party APIs.
- Fintech, SaaS, or credit analysis experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Manually test web applications for functionality and data correctness.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand data manipulation from customer data sources.
- Develop and implement automated testing frameworks using TypeScript, Playwright, or other relevant technologies.
- Automate manual checks on the web application front end.
- Monitor data pipelines and alert on data-ingest reliability and correctness.
- Translate business goals and stakeholder requirements into automated test cases and scripts.
- Improve testing processes and methodologies.
