Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategic planning, project management, or a similar strategic execution role.
- Have experience in a fast-paced tech/start-up environment.
- Be able to build operating systems, document them, and personally execute their organization-wide implementation.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing OKRs and KPIs.
- Be able to drive organizational accountability against performance targets.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex systems and policies.
- Be able to influence adoption across a flat, non-hierarchical team.
- Be comfortable working in ambiguity and operating at the CEO level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the organization-wide rollout of individual scorecards, informed by organizational OKRs.
- Design and drive the quarterly and annual OKR and KPI performance management cycles.
- Ensure consistent performance tracking, reporting, and review across teams.
- Partner with the CEO to translate organizational strategy into measurable operational goals for team members.
- Develop, document, and embed repeatable decision-making principles and operational policies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, then implement scalable workflow improvements.
- Manage and optimize the organizational technology stack, including integration, effective use, and team adoption of core business tools.
